Our markets are very counter seasonal. The
summer months find us very busy in New England while Florida and the
Caribbean are busy during the winter months. Newly hired pilots can
plan to be based in whatever region is the busiest at the time of
hire. This is where the "Pick Your Paradise" theme comes into play.
Many pilots will be required to transition region to region in order
to hold a base. Monetary assistance is given to transition pilots
once on-line with Cape Air.
If you
meet our qualifications, please download the
Cape Air Application
